This is a very quick, simple and unbelievably delicious meal to make. It's great way to use up some ground venison. I've made this many times and my kids beg for it all the time! IT's really good. 1lb ground venison (browned with taco seasoning added to your preferred taste or 1 taco seasoning packet) 2 cans fiesta corn 2 cans black beans 2 cans diced tomatoes 1 can water 1 package hidden valley ranch dry seasoning add all ingredients to a crock pot. Do not drain any of the canned items just pour them all in! Cook on low for at least 6 hours. Serve with fritos, ranch dressing or sour cream. Enjoy!

Oh by the way...I use Rotel tomatoes for the diced tomatoes. They seem to be the best for this recipe. I don't always make this in the crock pot neither. You can also make it on the stovetop by simmering everything for 45-60 minutes.

I love tossing a dollup of sour cream and a few fritos in my bowl before I eat. Makes it so much better, even though it's already really good.

Just had this for dinner and it was a real hit. I'd say it will go into the regular rotation.

It's ridiculous how simple, yet tasty this recipe is. Glad you enjoyed it! It has made it into our regular rotation as well.
