I threw this together last week from the stuff I had in the cabinet and fridge and it turned out really good. It's based on the Casper's Wabbit recipe....minus the bunny. Ingredients; 1 box "Dirty Rice" 1 box "Jambalaya" 1 pound pork sausage 1 package smoked sausage 1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes w/green chilies Seasonings to taste Prepare the rice and jambalaya per instructions on boxes. Brown ground sausage, when almost done drain if necessary and add smoked sausage cut into bite size pieces and continue browning. When done, add can of tomatoes and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Seasonings can be added at this time(I seasoned with curry.) Mix all ingredients together and serve....or do what I did. Mix all the ingredients together in a crock pot and place on warm....then it's ready when the kids get home, the wife gets off work, etc.

Sounds good. Doesn't look hard to make either.
