Come up with a good one this evening. Wanted something besides a plain baked potato to go with the grilled venison and here's what I come up with... Ingredients; 8 or 10 potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2" or so chunks 1/4 cup canola oil 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup Ranch dressing 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar Place potato chunks in 9x13 baking dish. Pour oil and Hidden Valley mix over potatoes and stir together. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 50 minutes. Mix together sour cream and Ranch dressing, pour over potatoes, and stir together. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the potatoes. Return to oven uncovered and cook 10 minutes. The whole family LOVED this! The only complaint I got was that I should have made more.

I make something very similar to this when we go camping. The only difference is I wrap mine in a foil pack and cook it on hot coals. Very tasty!
